2022 Winter Concert
The Whittier School welcomed its parents, families, and community to its annual Holiday Concert on On Wednesday, December 14th. Under the direction of music teacher Brian Spencer, students sang holiday favorites such as “Jingle Bells,” “Deck the Halls,” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.” Mr. Spencer and his students mixed in some contemporary tunes like “Hip Hop Reindeer,” “Este es la Navidad,” and “Pop, Bang, Crack.” Theatre Teacher Kristin Coffey’s students read “'Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Band teachers Eric Holmes, Michael Moore, and Michael Castellano guided the students through a selection of winter classics, including “Hot-Crossed Buns,” “Merrily We Roll Along,” and “Jolly Old Saint Nick “. The program concluded with the school-wide chorus. Our students did not disappoint, as our packed cafeteria of parents and families were delighted with the performances and now they are in full spirit for the season. Happy Holidays from the Whittier School!
